Bonnie Keller is President of KCI, Keller Communication
Incorporated, a Blue Bell, PA based video
and communications firm producing marketing and training presentations
for companies in the Delaware Valley area since 1991. Bonnie is
an award winning writer, director and producer, as comfortable in
front of the camera as she is behind the microphone.
Bonnie served as co-host on the "Live! With Cardinal Bevilacqua!"
call-in radio show from 1995 to 1999. In 2000, Bonnie earned the
Communicator Crystal Award of Distinction in the Producer/Director
Category for "Spotlight", an employee news show for GlaxoSmithKline.
Then, in 2001, her frequent turns in front of the camera earned
her the prestigious Crystal Award of Excellence in the Talent /
Narrator category for the University of Pennsylvania Health Care
System's "PennCare" commercials. Keller Communications
also teaches executives and associates the skills necessary for
effective communication for public speaking and media events.
Bonnie's commerical broadcasting career in TV news anchoring and
reporting has taken her all over the East Coast. From 1987 to1991,
Bonnie was a General Assignment Reporter for WCAU-TV (CBS) in Philadelphia.
During her tenure with WCAU, Bonnie covered a wide variety of stories
including an award winning series on substandard day care that led
to sweeping changes in the Pennsylvania Legislature regarding daycare
regulations. Bonnie also won two Philadelphia Press Awards for breaking
news stories, and received the number one spot in the top ten best-dressed
press people in 1989, following her coverage of the inauguration
of President Bush in Washington, DC.
Before coming home to Philadelphia (Ms. Keller is a native of Haddonfield,
NJ), Bonnie was a reporter and anchor at WEWS-TV in Cleveland, which
ranked as one of the strongest affiliates in the country. Bonnie
won an Emmy in the Outstanding News Features category from the Cleveland
Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences
in 1986. Prior to WEWS-TV, Bonnie spent most of her career in New
England, acquiring a broad range of broadcast journalism experience,
serving in various roles including News Director.
Throughout her years in commercial TV news, Bonnie worked on video
projects with several corporations, serving as producer/director/writer,
voice-over artist and on-camera talent/corporate spokesperson. The
International Television Association named her voice-over artist of
the year in both 1995 and 1996. Bonnie's work has generated dozens
of awards including an Outstanding Community Service award for her
work with the Wissahickon School District. She is a frequent speaker
for community and professional organizations.
Bonnie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware
in Mass Communication. She started her news career serving an internship
at WHYY-TV in Wilmington, Delaware.
